PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
It has come to the immediate attention of the management of Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation – LWSC that several unauthorized and unscrupulous individuals are in the constant habit of extorting and collecting monies from valued customers of the Corporation in the name of the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation.
This action, which has been established to be carried out by both individuals in and out of the employ of the Corporation, is totally unacceptable and the LWSC warns all those involved, including its employees, to desist at once.
LWSC wants to inform its valued customers and the general public that all its service bills are payable Only at the following locations:
Ecobank Liberia, Liberia Bank for Development and Investment – LBDI and LWSC commercial offices at Front street and Fiamah.
Henceforth, the Corporation is advising all its valued customers and the general public NOT to do business with any individual(s) including its employees in the name of the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation as anyone doing so, will be acting at his or her own risks and the LWSC will not be held liable for said damages.
LWSC regrets any inconvenience and embarrassment the actions of these unauthorized and unscrupulous individuals may have caused all our valued customers and reminds both our customers and the general public of the proper channels for the payment of LWSC service bills.
