18 MILLION RAW WATER PROJECT FROM AMERICA TO LIBERIA
Millennium Challenge Account _ Liberia ( MCA_L) and the Liberia Water And Sewer Corporation  ( LWSC) have broke ground for the construction of a US$18million  new raw water intake from the dam of the Hydropower Plant to the White Plains Water Treatment Plant. The pipeline is part of the Energy project under the Millennium Challenge Corporation  ( MCC) Compact with Liberia through a grant of US$ 257m provided by the United States of America to address the lack of access to reliable and affordable electricity and adequate road  infrastructure.

With all hands on desk,pipe borne water via the thirty _ six transmission line which supplies most parts of the city and its environs is expected soon.
Under the supervision of Managing Director Hon.Duannah A.Kamara, some of Liberia' s best engineers in the employ of the Liberia Water And Sewer Corporation are currently working around the clock to restore the ruptured thirty_ six inches transmission line.
Liberian team to India:
Montserrado County District 8 Representative Hon. Solomon George ,Liberia Water And Sewer Corporation Managing Director Hon.Duannah A.Kamara,Deputy Managing Director Hon.Moseray Momoh and chief Chemist concludes discussions on the possibility of a viable partnership from India. LWSC believes mutual partnerships is key in delivering it's statutory responsibilities to the Liberian people

LWSC AND LWPA MAKE SIGNIFICANT BREAKTHROUGH ON BOREHOLES AND WELLS METERING
Monrovia, Liberia: what appears to be a save landing has occurred between the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation (LWSC) and the Liberia Water Producers Association (LWPA) as both institutions have found a common ground on how to proceed as partners in the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene sector of Liberia over the implementation of the New LWSC Act of 2017.
