The Management of Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation – LWSC wishes to inform its valued customers and the general Public that it is currently experiencing a technical breakdown which has resulted in the disruption in the supply of pipe borne to Monrovia and its adjacent communities.

This breakdown which affects all communities comprising the LWSC twelve (12) distribution zones, is expected to last for at least three (3) days, beginning Saturday, March 9 thru Monday, March 11, 2024.

LWSC wants to assure its valued customers and the general public of this timetable as rapid efforts are being made by the Corporation’s technical and engineering teams to resolve the current situation.

LWSC regrets the situation and assures its valued customers and the general public that it is working rigorously to restore water in all the affected communities on or before Tuesday, March 12, 2024.

The Corporation is empowered to construct, install, establish, operate, manage and supply to all parts of Liberia, safe drinking water and perform all sewerage services, as well as to maintain such water and sewerage facilities
