Rigorously Addressing Illegal Connections and Debts

As part of our ongoing effort to ensure fair and legal usage of our services, our Network and Field Services crew successfully disconnected 15 illegal connections, 3 self-reconnections, and 2 heavily indebted customers with outstanding bills exceeding USD 1000 on March 3,2025 in the Police Academy community.

This initiative aims to uphold our commitment to providing quality service while ensuring that all customers adhere to legal usage guidelines and settle their accounts responsibly.

We will be extending this action across all our service zones tomorrow and in the coming weeks. We urge all customers to settle any outstanding debts to avoid disconnection and the associated reconnection fees.

To avoid potential legal ramifications, please refrain from illegal connections. Also, if you have any overdue payments, we encourage you to clear them promptly and ensure your account is in good standing to continue enjoying uninterrupted service.
