1. The Government of the Republic of Liberia solely owns the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation.

2.  The President of the Republic appoints members of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer (Managing Director), the  advise and consent of the Liberian senate.

3.  Under the Managing director, are Four (4) Deputy Managing Directors. They include; Deputy Managing Director/Administration, Deputy Managing Director/Technical Services, Deputy Managing Director/Sales and Marketing, and Deputy Managing Director/Finance.

4.  There are four divisions headed by Directors. They are, Director for Administration, Director for Finance, Director for Sales & Marketing, and Director for Technical Services. The Divisions are subdivided into Departments that are headed by Managers and assisted by Assistant managers.
