PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Management of the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation (LWSC) informs all valued customers and the general public that, starting Friday, November 8, 2024, the Corporation will initiate a comprehensive Disconnection Exercise targeting all indebted customers.
All customers utilizing LWSC water and sewerage services who have outstanding balances are urged to take immediate action, as this Disconnection Exercise will disconnect all unpaid accounts.

This announcement also serves as a notice to individuals with unauthorized connections to the LWSC network. Any customer unable to provide valid registration documents to our Disconnection Task Force will face immediate disconnection.

Customers with outstanding bills are encouraged to promptly visit our offices at Front Street in central Monrovia, Fiamah in Sinkor, or our sub-office at the GSA Compound in Paynesville to settle their accounts and ensure compliance. Payments can also be made conveniently via MTN Mobile Money by dialing *156#.

Additionally, LWSC advises the general public against making payments to individuals in the field claiming to offer new connections. All new connection registrations are processed exclusively at LWSC offices on Front Street, Fiamah at the Corporation’s sewer plant, and the sub-office at the Old GSA compound in Paynesville.

The LWSC cautions the public to be vigilant against impostors posing as LWSC employees, as we will take legal action against any individual using LWSC services without a registered account in our database.
Think LWSC—Think safe water and affordable sanitation for the people of Liberia.
