How Can You Get Connected To Our Services
- Prospective customers can fill out an application online or visit the customer service section of the Commercial Department of LWSC, obtain and complete an application form which is free of charge. Upon completion, the form has to be returned to the Customer Service Section.
- Completed application form will be sent to the Block Mapping Section with instructions to conduct an assessment of prospective customers’ premises
- Results of the assessment which will include material estimate will be sent to customer service/commercial department
- Customer service will open a file for prospective customer and the estimated materials for new connection will be given to same for purchase of materials
- Upon purchasing the materials, the prospective customer is allowed to register followed by connection of our services.

How to Make Payments
- Monthly bills for services used are delivered to customers at the end of the month
- Bills can be paid to the cashier’s office/accounts department after which time the cashier will issue you official receipt with LWSC’s stamp for the amount paid
- If you make payment to any of our recognized banks, take the deposit slip plus your monthly bill to the cashier’ office/accounts department and obtain LWSC’s official receipt
Instant Services Payment
- Obtain an instant printed bill for the requested instant service from the billing section/commercial department
- Take bill to the cashier’s office/accounts department and make payment
- The cashier will issue you official receipt for the requested services
- Take official receipt and bill to the billing section/commercial department so that service paid for will be deliver to you instantly
