Banking Institute of Liberia and LWSC Certificate LWSC Line Managers

The Banking Institute of Liberia (BIL) in partnership with the Liberia Water and Sewer Corporation (LWSC) successfully completed a month-long training in Technical Report Writing for senior line-managers of the Corporation. The training, conducted by the Banking Institute of Liberia, ended on Saturday, June 13, 2026. As a key component of the Corporation’s capacity development initiative anchored on its 2025-2029 Strategic Plan, the training sought to strengthen the knowledge and skills of line managers in technical and professional report writing aimed at tracking and reporting of corporate operational activities across the country.

Speaking during the closing ceremony, Hon. T. Wilson Gaye, LWSC’s Deputy Managing Director for Administration, commended the participants and the Banking Institute of Liberia. He urged the participants to put to use the knowledge and skills acquired during the training. Head of Secretariat at BIL, Mr. Prince Sayon Tugbeh, expressed appreciation to LWSC Management for the partnership and reaffirmed his institution’s commitment to the staff professional development agenda of LWSC. The collaboration between LWSC and BIL reflects shared commitment to promoting professional workplace.

Over 45 participants received Certificates of Participation.
