How Can You Get Connected To Our Services

  1. Prospective customers can fill out an application online or visit the customer service section of the Commercial Department of LWSC, obtain and complete an application form which is free of charge. Upon completion, the form has to be returned to the Customer Service Section.

  2. Completed application form will be sent to the Block Mapping Section with instructions to conduct an assessment of prospective customers’ premises

  3. Results of the assessment which will include material estimate will be sent to customer service/commercial department

  4. Customer service will open a file for prospective customer and the estimated materials for new connection will be given to same for purchase of materials

  5. Upon purchasing the materials, the prospective customer is allowed to register followed by connection of our services.
